RETURN POLICY

**Exchanges Only:**

We only offer exchanges. To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must
be met:

**Time Frame:** Items must be returned within 1 week from the date received.

**Proof of Purchase:** A receipt must accompany all returns.

**Condition of Items:** Returned items must be in their original condition, free from
scratches, blemishes, and signs of wear or tear. All original packaging, tags,
instructions, and paperwork must be intact. Jewelry should not have been resized,
altered, or show any signs of wear. Watches must be returned with all original links.

**Non-returnable Items:**
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
– Custom orders, including engraved, sized, or otherwise altered pieces.
– Merchandise purchased via Acima Leasing.
– Items purchased on sale (final sale).

**Shipping and Handling:**
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the item.
